What's the Ford Training challenge?We’re excited to announce the Ford Training Team challenges. There will be 5 new challenges every month. We’re giving away over 100 awesome prizes including Timex watches, Aqua Sphere wetsuits, Erin Baker cookies, Shopironman.com gift certificates, and shoes! All you need to do is log your miles! You also will receive training tips from professional triathletes include 3x Ironman Hawaii champion Chris Lieto and the Timex Team.

How do I win?
By completing one of the Ford Training Team challenges and being chosen. We will randomly choose winners from a list of finishers. You can learn more by reading the terms for the Ford Training Team program.
How do I improve my odds?
For each friend that you invite, who also finishes, you'll score an additional to win a prize.
When will I receive my prize?
Prizes will be fulfilled by Ford within several weeks of selecting the winners. You can learn more by reading the terms for the Ford Training Team program.

- Keep it simple - Create a challenge that isn't too hard to understand how it works.

Why are miles not counting toward my challenge?
Typically, there are 3 reasons your miles may not be counting toward a challenge:- Challenge hasn't started.
- Workout type doesn't match challenge. ex. walking workouts in a running challenge.
- Miles only count after you join challenge.
- Not one of these? Please contact us
I joined a challenge, but why are my previous workouts not counted?
Only workouts that you log after joining a challenge are counted towards it. This prevents people from joining and winning right away without giving the other participants a chance.
How do I leave a challenge?
You can leave a challenge by going to the challenge page. Scroll down and on the left sidebar you will see a small links that says, "leave challenge."
What are the different challenge types?
Distance Goal Whoever logs the set distance first is the winner. Example: See who can run 50 miles first!
Most Distance Try to log the most miles during the set time period. Example: Whoever can run the most miles this month wins!
Everybody Wins Everyone has to log a certain number of miles. Everyone wins! Example: Everyone has to run 100 miles!
Virtual Race Just like a race, the person who runs the fastest time wins. Example: See who can run the fastest 5K!
