How's your progress? Or are you planning a 20 mile run on Saturday ;) ?
I am flying home and will be away from my bike and distracted from training. My goal is to workout all three days...likely running.

Haha. 20 miles on Saturday! It's starting to look like that's the only way to meet my goal this week!
No.. I got 6 miles in on Tuesday, and I'm planning another 6 today.
I'm frustrated because I wanted to run at the park at lunchtime today. I drove over to the park with my bag in hand, when I found out that they locked up the restrooms/changing rooms for the winter already!! UGH! And it's such a beautiful fall day, too!
I guess that just means I'll have to make sure to go for a nice long run tonight to get back "on track" -- then as long as I can get a couple of decent runs this weekend, I might have a chance!

I missed my milage goal again this week. Life keeps getting in the way of my running. I wanted a nice long run today, but after the super fun Halloween party I went to last night, I'm lucky to be upright for more than e minutes at a time!
I have definitely made progress this week, though. I've reached a PR for my 5k finish time, and I'm pretty pleased with that. I hope I can keep that up and get a good result during my race next month.
