Well, after a one week hiatus from running due to coming down with the plague, I'm back and I'm ready to roll. I was feeling good yesterday, but gave myself another rest day yesterday just to be safe. Now, on to the rest of the week!

My goal is to complete the coolrunning.com pre-marathon training schedule this week, lift weights at least 3 days this week, and start feeding my body with fuel rather than garbage..

    Thanks! And I found a new 10k to race on Saturday to make up for the one I missed last week! Wish me luck!

    It's the Kettle Moraine Community 5k/10k run/walk

    I'm doing the 10k Run :D I feel so bad about missing last Saturday's race out in the Kettle Moraine area... I'm just glad I was able to find another one!!

  • Well... around Wednesday my goals for the week changed due to finding a "make up" 10k race.

    I didn't lift weights, and I didn't do the pre-marathon schedule. I did eat pretty well this week, though, and I ran a 10k in under 75 minutes. So I'm pretty pleased.
