Oh man, we're half way into this week and I haven't posted my goals yet!

Well, it's going to be easy this week. My goal is to simply complete the Colorama 10k race this weekend without collapsing. (I've been battling a flu bug this week) I'd like to complete it in under 1:15 -- it'll be my first trail race, and it's also on pretty hilly terrain, so it'll be quite a challenge! But I'm up for it!

  • Do you mind if I join up? I work so much better with the goals.

    Mine is: Do all three this weekend. Bike with cycling team, run 19mi, do a Crossfit workout.

    Now I am held accountable.

    The more the merrier, Jen! I find that if I actually share my goals with someone, I feel like I'm more accountable, too.

  • My goal this week is to post something in every group that I'm a member of. The groups function on dailymile seems to be languishing (maybe because it's hard to see if there's anything new), and I'm committed to helping it to flourish.
