I guess I didn't notice before that dailymile training weeks start on Mondays... so maybe goal weeks should start Monday, too, rather than Sunday.

I didn't meet my goal again last week -- but I came closer than the week before. My goals again this week: 20 miles of running, 10 miles of cycling, and a least 2 days of weight training

I've also been doing daily goals for myself -- more health-conscious things, really, like not smoking (it's been 7 days!) and eating more vegetables (I've been having salads for lunch)... The daily goals have been really helpful at keeping me motivated enough to stay on track to meet the weekly goals..

  • I was 1 mile short of my running goal this week.. I didn't do any cycling... but I did manage to get my weight training in. I got close

  • I've always started my training weeks on Mondays for some reason.

    This last week I ran 50 miles. It wasn't my goal, but it is the most miles I've EVER run in one week. You can expect to see something more like 25 miles in the upcoming week, as I do NOT intend on training stupid! :)
