I was 1 mile short of my running goal this week.. I didn't do any cycling... but I did manage to get my weight training in. I got close

I've always started my training weeks on Mondays for some reason.
This last week I ran 50 miles. It wasn't my goal, but it is the most miles I've EVER run in one week. You can expect to see something more like 25 miles in the upcoming week, as I do NOT intend on training stupid! :)
