Week of 8/31/08

posted over 3 years ago | Report

I didn't make my goal for last week, and this week isn't starting out quite the way I would have liked.

But I'm going to plan 20 miles of running and 10 miles of biking for the week.

Wish me luck!

  • Good luck Karen! It's always easier to meet your goals when nothing else is going on....

  • I'm going to try for another 25 miles of running this week. I also want to bike 10 miles and try some more yoga.

  • Since I'm attending a kettlebell seminar this weekend, my plan is to run 25 miles and do 3 or 4 kettlebell workouts.

Best of luck, everyone, with reaching your goals for the week!

  • how'd you do at meeting goals this week? and how was your seminar? I've been looking into those kettlebells -- I think I'd hurt myself!

  • So far I've gotten my 10 miles of biking in, but only 13 miles of running -- I might try another run tonight since my run this morning didn't go so well... I guess there's technically still time to meet my goal, I just don't I've got another 7 miles in me today....

These groups will be a lot more usable once there's a "new activity" flag or something, don't you think?

Kettlebell seminar was wonderful. I posted a writeup on my weblog at www.be-a-good-one.blogspot.com. When starting with kettlebells it's great to have some one-on-one instruction, but if you're serious about trying them, let me know because I can recommend a GREAT DVD for beginners.
