Energy Bars

Do you use them? If so, do you have a brand and/or flavor that you suggest? Lastly, is there a bar or energy pack that you eat during long runs?

  • My "long" runs are usually not long enough to necessitate food although hopefully they will be one of these days. I've done one HM and had Fig Newtons about halfway through and they did the trick for me.
