I recently started C25K, next up is week 2 day 2. I use the RunDouble app on my android phone. It's pretty neat - It shows you all your stats and what I find super helpful is that it doesn't include warm up or cool down in your walk/run interval stats. Actually, it gives them with and without :)

Hi. I wrote an iPhone app that implements Couch to 5k program and integrates directly with dailymile, so recording the progress and almost automatic.
