I have been doing the cool runnings program. I've downloaded podcasts and do it to the time, not miles. The podcasts make it easy because they tell me exactly when to walk and when to run so all I have to concentrate on is breathing and form. I just finished W5D3 and have not had any problems. I am about 30 pounds overweight, eat healthy, but hadn't really been exercising before I started this. The first two weeks are the hardest.

I also did the coolrunnings podcasts and followed the program based on time. I knew there were other programs out there, but haven't tried them out. Did you try any others? Any feedback?
