I downloaded the Yoga for Runners video/audio by Kim Fowler and will try it this evening. I'm not really a runner, yet. I'm still in walking stage, but it looks like it would be useful.

I'd watch the video the first couple times you do it, then you should begood to do it with just the Audio... good Luck!!!

I watched the video once and tried to do the exercises along with the video the second time. I'm new to yoga so I experienced more difficulty doing the poses/positions than someone more used to yoga. I think it's the sort of thing I may need to do for a week or so before I determine whether it works for me.
