Yeah i kinda stopped at the last week (week 6, but also last week :-) I liked the fact that my push ups were increasing, but it was slow going and rather painful. I am going to try to just keep up with some push ups as part of my strength training!

I've definitely slowed down. Gonna try to start up again—maybe go back a week or so. We'll see what happens. I know when I talked to Nate he had slowed down as well.
