How are we going to track our stats?

- any other ideas?

Also, I did the initial test this morning, so I am not actually *starting* until Friday.

  • I think it makes sense to track our status via profile updates and then check in with this group from time to time (maybe after you complete each week).

  • I was actually wondering the same thing this morning. I have been tracking them via my workout profile but maybe there's another tool on here we can use? I'm all about tracking, it motivates me. Wish I had a motivational program for my runs/rides/yoga too!
