Introduce Yourself

Hi, I'm Sarah. I live in Springfield, MO - "Queen City of the Ozarks" =)
I have been a runner since junior high, but in the past year and a half I've become interested in triathlons and generally a more well-rounded fitness routine. Other than running, biking, etc. I work full-time as a municipal attorney and I also enjoy knitting and cooking.

  Hi, my name is Ron. I currently live in Osceola which I know is not in the Ozarks, but I did grow up there and go home as often as I can. When I do I love running and riding in the mountains. I retired from the Navy 4 years ago and now work as a x-ray field engineer. Since retiring I have slowed down in my training, but have realy tried to pick up the pace in the last couple of months. I'm training for a half marathon and the Memphis in May triathlon. I also enjoy woodworking.
