Pay it Forward 500 Mile Club: Running With a Purpose in 2010

I'm sorry I've been a little absent from DM that past two weeks... those of you following the Turtles blog know that my neck/back/shoulder injury thing has been problematic, but I pushed through a "brief long run" today (6.5 miles) and felt pretty good. It's my endurance that's suffering after being off the streets for a little while, so I'm going to add some little runs in to get me back up to speed, um... distance, as quickly as possible. :-) With my first Half only 6 wks away, no time for messing around, right?

I'm so glad everybody's finding each other on DM; seems we have a few extra training partners, too. Awesome!
