Week 6 Long Run

I will not be able to make the long run tomorrow. Here are the distances -
4 mi - Higdon 1/2 plan
3 mi - Mortals 1/2 plan
9 mi - Higdon Full plan

Fleet Feet group is going at 8am tomorrow morning and starting from Olin park in case anyone wants to go with them.
