Beginning of Week 6

So, hey this is the beginning of Week 6. The last week before we really get serious and start the 12 week part of the program.

I hope you are all doing well and looking forward to the next part of the training. The Marathon is officially 90 days from today!

Remember to work on consistency and try not to miss your long runs. Keep on Running!
