I completed several 5Ks while still doing C25K as a way to stay motivated. What I usually did was just follow that week's program doing the race and repeat as needed. You will do fine! You know you can cover the distance already, even if you have to walk a little, and there will be plenty of people walking part or all of the race. I did this race last year and I am a club member, but I won't be able to attend since Jason is doing the Firefighter Challenge on the same day. Good luck!
