I would have responded sooner, but I forget these forums are here.
I used to live in metro Detroit and went to their marathon clinic that Luke Humphrey does. The training plans on the store's website are the same from the clinic and featured in a few articles in Running Times. I've used the plan for 3 years now and believe in them 100%.
The only thing really missing are details on the speed workouts and strength workouts. For some examples, there was a sidebar to the Running Times article. Search Running Times for the 16 mile myth article.posted almost 3 years ago | Report

How's this going for you? I'm planning to try to use an extended version of their plan to work up to the Philadelphia Marathon in November. I like the idea of running shorter long-runs but building more fitness throughout the week.
Let me know how it's going, I'll do the same.
