I like to run...because then I get to eat. You know, I am one of those "live to eat" people (instead of "eat to live).
So, your job for this shenanigans cycle is to snap a pic of you eating your favorite post-run indulgence food after a good run. Maybe its a food that you never let yourself have if you haven't exercised first. Or, maybe it is whatever you can grab when you are famished after a long weekend run. Or, maybe its one of your "regular" guilty pleasures that helps you mentally get through a workout (i.e. only 3 more miles until Snicker goodness!). Lace up your shoes, go for a good and hard run, and then indulge yourself! Then, send your pic to me.
Email me your pics (SeeTeacherRun@gmail.com) by February 4th (or else!) and be sure to include the name that you want posted (some people -- like me -- don't want their full name posted), where you live, a link to your blog if you have one, and the distance of your pre-indulgence run. For example, you might write,
Dear Fabulous Smithers,
I have attached a pic of me drinking Maple Syrup from the bottle after a 6 mile Tempo run. I would like my name to be posted as "Karen M. from IHeartSyrup.blogspot.com." Please give me your address so that I may send you a 6-pack of Sunshine Wheat (in bottles, of course), because I know that you deserve it!
