Mike, that is doable. This year, I would like to get a little faster, at least to where I was time wise a few years back. This means I need to drop the excess weight, so there's the second part of what I need to do for this year. I am going to really work the training runs so that my endurance increases.

A few goals for this year:
-12 races in 2012
- In 2011 I actually ran 395 miles, I would like to bet that number this year

Goals for the year:
Run a Marathon in Under 3:15, run a 5K in under 19 minutes, run a Half in under 1:30.
Lot of speed work and miles in my future.
BUT BIGGEST GOAL- No Major Injuries! Know my boundaries and not push them further than they are capable of.

Yes, I will have a ton of miles. And to think the first time I went running was for the Wine & Dine Half marathon. No real running before that. Long way in a short time.
