I always enjoyed running but have not been able to currently get myself out there to do it. I am just now 12 weeks pregnant and the morning sickness the past few months has kept me down. But I am now beginning to feel better in the mornings and want to start exercising again. Does anyone have any pointers for first time prego's in getting back into running?

Hello! I'm a pregnant runner here! I'm 30 weeks with #4 and although I think I am gradually switching to walking, I think I still have some running left in me.
I ran a 1/2 marathon at 15 weeks, but since that race, I've been running about 4 miles every other day. It's been great and has given me a lot more energy (which is greatly needed since I'm chasing after 3 kids) as well as helped to keep my weight gain nice and under control.
I've run while pg. in the past, but this is by far the most I've ever run. I wish I had been brave enough to do more of it in the past.
