Hundred Pushups

60 and going strong...

I have been doing between 5 -10 set's of 100 push ups ,3 days a week for several months now. Some days I just don't want to take the time it takes to do 10 set's:) I rest 3-4 min between sets. I really don't have any arm fatique, but my back get's some spasm occasionally.
