Hundred Pushups

Week 1 Day 1

I just re-started the program (had made it mid-way through week 2 and then fell off the wagon). Anyone else starting today? Might help to have someone hold me accountable! :)

  • Just did the first test. I'm at 23 good form pushups. Plan to start tomorrow :)

  • Ok - just tried week 3 (I should supposedly start at week 3 with an intial test of 23) - http://www.pushupslogger.com/plog/show_user/85226

    Anyway, week 3 is looking tough. I might have to go back to week 2 depending on how tough I find the next workout.

  • I think you're supposed to start with week 1 either way, just at a different level (level 3?). I just did week 1, day 2.... feels easier than when I did the program the first time but I guess it should. Good luck!

  • Not if you score over 20 in the test apparently -

    "# More than 20 push ups? I would suggest starting the program on Week 3. Choose either Column 2 or 3 based on the number of push ups you managed in your initial test." from http://hundredpushups.com/week1.html

    I think that's somewhat ambitious for me though :) Will see how we go.

  • Oh, you're right. I only did 19 in my first test ... which I guess explains why I never saw that. :)
