Well, I power walked to W1 of G28K for 2 miles, have to say at this point I think that was still a bit of a push for my in between day, I'm still feeling it today and have a feeling of foreboding about today's run. Like it's gonna be ugly. *eek*.

I'm trying to build up to running 5-6 days of the week. I've done 5 days in one week and that was too much. I'm trying to cycle during the rest days now. I don't always get out there and do it, but I'm hoping that it becomes more of a habit in the next few months. Walking is a great rest day exercise and is definitely a good choice.
