I have asthma, but I have not tried running in the rain. I do have a difficult time running in cold dry air.

I have mild asthma but I've found that since I started running its been getting better and running in the rain always makes me feel good anyway so I think its a double whammy. :p

I run in all weather. Find the cold and damp hardest, but not impossible. Some thoughts here: http://tentsmuir.wordpress.com/2012/06/10/running-with-asthma-diabetes/
