Just ran 7k in 6" of snow, and it was great! Feels like my stabilizing muscles got a real workout, but my knees don't hurt as much as they usually do.

Running when it's snowing is totally different than running when it's raining, but I definitely think the snow counts!
I ran in it yesterday, and am about to head out in it again. It's hard on my ankles, but so much fun.

It seems there have been several snowy/icy runs this winter in New Hampshire. Monday we got 12 inches...I am actually looking forward to the weekend as temps are supposed to get to the 50s...and yes, Sunday there is a chance of RAIN!

Ran the 2009 Shamrock Shuffle 8k through slush and melting snow. My feet were soaked after crossing the first intersection, but the rest of me was warm and dry because snow, even with a strong wind, can't compare to a pouring rain for misery.
