Who is planning to participate in the SCNA 5k? I am planning to run, but not race.

    I don't plan on racing, either. My training program says I need to run FOURTEEN miles that day! If there is anybody else who would like to go for a long run, the extra motivation for me will certainly be welcome.

    No longer going 14 miles. Doc changed my training routine! I'll be in the 5k - looking forward to it!

    I do plan to run it. I am not going to _race_ it.

    I don't know if I'll be up for 14, but I'd be glad to do 6 or 8 with you so long as it doesn't interfere with the conference activities.

    I plan on participating. It will be my first 5k. I'm using it as a goal to help me start exercising consistently.
