In the next day or so, I'll be setting up a new dailymile challenge. It'll be an Olympic distance relay triathlon -- 1.5 km (0.93 mile) swim, 40 km (24.8 mile) bike and 10 km (6.2 mile) run -- to start in October and finish by year's end. This should give everyone plenty of time to create a team and complete your individual leg of the triathlon. //// To join in on the fun, (1) Make teams of three -- one swimmer, one cyclist, one runner. Each team must be comprised of at least one female. Each person can only be on one relay team!; (2) Come up with a team name and introduce yourselves here; (3) Sign up for the challenge separately by relay leg; (4) Swim / Bike / Run your respective leg; (5) Once all three legs are completed, come back and submit your combined time here. Overall winners and individual leg winners will be announced on whatever day I decide this challenge should end :) //// Let the fantasy dailymile tri team recruiting begin!

    we should consider-at a later date, of course-a triathlon that includes jump roping, foam rolling and skipping!

    I've changed the rules a bit. Instead of having one team member be from a different country, y'all can be from the same country now!

    I can be my own team.. I am a runner, i have a bike i can use and I have a bathtub for the swimming part. so I am all set.. are team mates a must? :)
