Hi, My name is Carrie, I am in my mid 30's and I am a stay @ home Navy Wife. I have packed on about 100 lbs since my husband and I have been together (12 yrs) Tired of what I see in the mirror and feeling not up to par, I have decided to take on P90 Bootcamp. I want P90X but want to be able to do the workout so I opted to start small.
My husband says he loves me no matter what & I desperatly want to believe him but I dont feel its possible since I hate what I see. I have tried workout videos before but get frustrated when after a couple of weeks there is no noticeable changes & no weight loss, so I quit. This time I vow to finish it through & my 15 yr old son is doing it with me,My goal is to lose 100lbs by the time my husband finishes his long deployment. (he leaves in Jan for 6+ months) So it has been aprox a week of my p90 Bootcamp and I dont see anything different. I drink about a gallon of water a day, I take Womens Ultra Mega Active Vitapak from the local GNC store and I am faithfull to the workouts. Am I just destined to be fat & outta shape forever? How long before results start happening? Is it good to do being 100 lbs over weight? Sorry for being very long winded, I just have a ton of guestions & feeling frustrated.
