12/6 Winter Marathon Training Program Begins

The group will meet at Sundays 8am each weekend for training runs.

The training program (soon to be distributed) will follow a basic program of building distance/endurance through long runs that increase in distance over alternating weeks.

The program will begin with the first long run around 10-12 miles since most runners are already running at least this distance regularly.
