Don't know if it counts, but I ran the Rothman 8k years and years ago. I learned a valuable lesson that day - Don't change your routine the day of race.
One of my friends recommended I try a gel pack before the run. I did, and it was bad.
the gel tasted like crap and upset my stomach. One of my worst runs ever.It was a beautiful, but chilly day.
This year is my first marathon. I'm excited and training hard.
