Our club is sponsoring the Kansas Heart & Sole Classic Race on Saturday, May 1. All club members are encouraged to volunteer. Volunteers are asked to report no later than 6:30 AM at 100 E Park (NW corner of Park and Cherry St.).

As of today we have 890 entries and expecting at least a 1000 entries. Last year we had 582 entries.

We could also use additional volunteers on Friday, Apr 30, for packet pick up. Friday we will be working from 9:30 AM to 7:30 PM. If you are unable to work on Saturday or have some free time and would like to volunteer for a couple of hours, please contact Sam Miceli, e-mail: sm26375@sbcglobal.net.

Saturday we will start race day set up at 5:30 AM. If you are able to come a little early, we will welcome your help. Also, some of us will be going to Perkins, 1828 E Santa, at 4:30 AM for breakfast. Everyone is invited.
