I did it!

So, after falling off the face of the Earth and missing many many posts, I have returned.

I've kept up with my walking/jogging even though I haven't been posting the workouts. But that's not what I am here to post. I have great news.

I FINISHED THE WARRIOR DASH! http://www.warriordash.com

3.5 miles on uneven terrain with a series of obstacles thrown in.

I started getting ready in January, so 5 months and 30 lbs lighter, I achieved a major goal. And I can honestly say my next race is next month.

Thanks for the support, everyone. I'll try to be better about posting.
