Summer runs

Summer runs are officially half way over (5 weeks down and 5 to go). How are you doing with your summer miles? Are you on track for the 250 club? Having you been making it to as many 8am runs as possible? We're starting workouts now. :) What's your goals for the season? I believe in "YES WE CAN!" How about you?

  • Summer runs begin June 8th at 8am. meet by the weight room doors. M-Th meet at school on Friday meet at Crow Creek in the usual spot.
