Slosh Pipe

I had a nice little Saturday morning planned this weekend. I went to Home Depot to get some supplies for a slosh pipe, didn't have enough TIME for Bed,Bath & Beyond though. I was content with my purchase and i am looking forward to creating my own outdoor gym for less than a one month membership to my local gym. I'll post some pics and instructions for building a slosh pipe at a later date. In the mean time, if anyone has some good slosh pipe workouts please share.

  I made myself a slosh pipe a while back, but kept it small and light (5' long, 10 pounds), and yet it's still challenging to play with. Here's a link to some slosh pipe fun that may give you some ideas:
