Nice work helping bring crossfit to a whole new group of individuals. Hopefully we can educate folks about some new concepts related to fitness and endurance sports. I'm excited to see how many improved performances we will see.

When you record a workout on dailymile now, you can select 'Other' for the sport and 'CrossFit' for the type.

I like this new feature. Now I can add my free weights workout and also more walking! I'll be using this feature a lot.

I do CrossFit-ish workouts about twice a week, although running is my primary fitness addiction! ;) Happy to have found this group!

Nice to see that you work with CF! All of the other members of this group modify the workouts as needed as well. The fact that it's good for the core, and quick & intense in nature makes CF a great supplement to endurance sports. Thanks for joining!

Started CrossFit on September 18, 2007. Skipped too many workouts at the end of 2008. 182 WODs really should be 300 by now.
Working solo in the Silicon Valley. Using dumbbells, kettlebells, and the pullup bar in the park until I get my barbell and bumpers.
Make it hurt, Coach Glassman, make it hurt.
Ooo-rah.

I do my CF WOD's solo here in the midwest at a local gym.
Man do I get some weird looks.

Started in december of 2005 and have been off and on with the main page WOD but have stuck with the ideals. I also do a lot of martial arts type stuff

Hi---I just had a baby (well four months ago now!) and I've added cross fit to my weekly training. Has anyone else done it for longer and has it helped your running?
