I heard about crossfit trhough simplefit.org, they propose a easy (at least at the beggining) workout with only bodyweight exercises.
They based the work in crossfit principles, since i dont have any gym equipment I found it the ideal complement to my running. The only thing that bothers me is how weak I'm right now! The first workout day is max sets of 1 pullup, 2 pushups and 3 squats in 20 minutes, I did 19 but in the end my pullups (non kipping) were awful. :)

  • I could not do any pull ups at first without either jumping up or using a resistance band. After a few months I was able to kip pretty well, then the standard pull ups followed. Keep with it, you'll do great! The strength will come with persistence.
