Gymnastic Rings

just installed a set of rings in our main bay at work. I'm telling the folks it's the beginning of our wellness center. Even though only one of us can do ring dips at this point, everyone is pretty excited about it.
I've got a picture, and will post it once I get my computer to cooperate.

    I vote that your next unusual fitness purchase is a kettlebell! We have rings and they are tons of fun, aren't they?

    Kettlebells are awesome!We've got two 16kg and one 12kg at the house. I can do 5 or 10 minutes with them and be totally wiped out. Good luck with your race this weekend!
