So...where do you work...and what do you do?

I think it is great to connect with other McCain'rs. I love some of the tips, motivations and encouragement I'm getting from such a variety of people around the McCain community. I'm curious...where do you live and what do you do?

I live in Appleton, WI, USA and I work with the McCain Learning Centre (learning, training and developing people).

    I live in the small village Lewedorp, the Netherlands, 5 minutes cycling from the McCain plant were I work as Office Manager.

    Everyone likely knows my story, but here it is: I live in the capital city of Fredericton in New Brunswick, Canada ... just over an hour's drive from the McCain epicentre of Florenceville. I'm the e-learning program manager for McCain, and a member of the fantastic McCain Learning Centre team! If you've taken any of our McCain custom e-learning courses then chances are you've witnessed my handiwork and listened to my voice. :^)

    I live in the village of Florenceville, NB. I am originally from Halifax, NS. Moved to Florenceville almost 6 years ago to work for McCain Foods. I work in Purchasing and buy packaging materials for a few of the Canadian McCain plants.

    I work in the Nordic and Baltic countries, though most frequently out of Denmark. Friday till monday I'm in Holland (where we live) and then I'm working in the Hoofddorp office of McCain. It's always funny to run frequently in other places (Holland, Denmark, Stockholm, Helsinki) and as a matter of fact that's the advantage of our addiction, you can do it anywhere!

    I work in the Toronto (downtown) office in global human resources. Used to work for McCain in sunny South Africa and moved here with my husband Peet three years ago. And no, I am not used to the winters yet, although I have taken ski lessons this year so that I can at least do something to enjoy winter. And I now have the right clothes for running in cold temperatures - no more dressing like a Michelin man! And we bought a treadmill...

    I live in Shanghai, China and work for McCain China as marketing manager. My husband started to run since May 2009 and he lost 12 pounds till now. Now I am in, to be more energitic and healthy.

    I work at the Springs plant in South Africa, I am the Manufacturing Manager there and have been with the Mc Cain company now for 15 months, was previously with the Kellogg Company for 26 years.

    I work at the mccain plant in plover wi,we make a wide variety of delicious potato products including sweet potato fries! I have worked here for the past 16 years,it is a great place to work,the co workers and leadworkers,and supervisor's make this a very fun and rewarding job. I work in the raw product lab on the dock,and i also have been a dock attendant and clean up in the past.I hope to see some more mccain employee's join dailymile we can use the same teamwork outside of work to encourage one another to meet our fitness goals! thank you for your support.
