My number seems so low! I think it's the lowest race number I've ever had in a sizeable race! (little neighborhood 5Ks with 100 people don't count, of course)

I think the bib # corresponds with your registration, but I may be totally wrong about this. In all other races, that's been the procedure. Now I'm curious and will research it. :-)

hmm I'm curious too...I'm # 863 sounds sorta low to me! I used a half marathon seeding time of 1:59 ??
does anyone know the number of participants for the half? Or should I say the max #?

heather... last year's results are here: http://results.active.com/pages/searchform.jsp?posted_p=t&numPerPage=100&page=7&rsID=75476&eventClass=Runner&queryType=division#VIEW
Based on that estimated finishing time, you would have finished around 620th last year! The race had 6329 people then. I think that this year they expanded the capacity by 2500, but I thought the actual capacity was 7500, so maybe 10,000 runners now? So the way I see it, any way you slice it, you're among the quickest 10% in the race.BTW, assuming that Disney really does base the bib number on the estimated finish times, it's pretty funny to see the bib numbers and where they finished... VERY small correlation... seems there are slightly more 600 bib numbers finishing around 600's, but they're all over the place.

I also did sign up the DAY registration opened, so it could be a reason I have a low number, haha!

Hey Guys,
I just checked with Track Shack, our local running store who's involved with the registration/expo, etc.. for the Princess, and asked them about bib numbers and # of registrants. Here are the answers:
Your bib # is based on when you register, and your corral # is also included, below your bib # and much smaller.
Max capacity for the Princess Half is 13,500 runner and they are 98% full as of today; they are expecting to hit capacity this week. (Was 11,000, but they added those 2,500 sptos, as someone mentioned)
Hope this helps!

Thanks for the info Robin! My corral number isn't listed. I guess I'll just have to wait till race day! I hope I'm near the front...I don't want lines at the characters for photos, HAHA!!
