Where to put the bike?

I am upgrading to a road bike that doesn't have a kickstand. I'm assuming its because of the weight etc. Anyways, there's not a rack of any sort at my office. Before when I rode, I just stood it up next to our picnic table next to the office and I locked it to concreted anchor that the table was attached to (as if someone would steal a giant picnic table. . ) Any suggestions? Is it possible to install a kickstand? Any suggestions?

You can install a kickstand if you really want. Maybe you could get your company to install I bike rack? Or get something like this: http://www.rei.com/product/798312/delta-cycle-rothko-rolling-bike-stand and keep it locked to the picnic table.
