Today I Declare Fit!

Today I make my declaration of fitness, a commitment if you will, to live the healthiest, happiest, life I know how to. I will encourage others around me through example, rather than preach. But I WILL, as cliche as it is, practice what I preach.

Mark my word, on this 25th day of June 2009, "I Declare Fit!"
