I've read mixed reports about running being either good or bad for dog breeds with a tendency toward hip dysplasia. I run with a black lab, and this is a concern for me as I don't want to do any harm to my Jack. My gut tells me that regular exercise should strengthen dog bones and ligaments as it does in humans - anyone have any knowledge about this?
