Hey Mark!
I just recently started sharing my swimming workouts when posting on dailymile. They're about an hour long and usually a combo of what I find off the USMS forums + whatever I feel like swimming that day.
What about having a set or two that we all try to do every week? That could be fun... maybe? :)

That's a cool idea but given that I only swim at most three times a week I don't know if I could do it every week. But I like the idea.

Just throwing out a random distance, but how about a bi-weekly 1000 yards / meters set?
Anyone else have any ideas? :)

Sure, that sounds good. Maybe start a new discussion for each 1000 with dates listed in the title? It would be easier to keep track.

I'd love to add more swimming workouts for my cross-training days. I'm primarily a runner, but would like to start swimming 2 times a week on my recovery days. Look forward to the workouts.
