What is your favorite time of day to run (or walk)?

Let's start off a few discussions. First, I was curious to see what time people preferred to run (or walk). Morning, afternoon, or night?

  • Really keen to ask the same thing - I've heard the following

    - Before breakfast is best for weight loss, as you burn more fat before you add fuel. Plus it gets metabolism started for the day.
    - During lunch time break at work - fine if you have time, and you can hobble to meetings
    - Before dinner is hard, given the long day at work, and time is precious (with small kids!)
    - After dinner is bad, as your body keeps charging when you're trying to sleep
