It wasn't all that hard, even. Might start it over again, this time with some extra weight. (Going to take a week off first, though!)

  • So, Sir Gregroy, did you start it over again? Doing it with added weight would be a good idea. You could also make it a 1000 squats program. A lot of Japanese runners work up to 1000 squats to prepare for full marathons or ultra marathons.
