Anyone training locally (Orlando/Daytona)?

This is my first marathon and I know no one training for it! There is a local running group training for the Jacksonville marathon, but that's 3 weeks ahead of the Disney schedule. I'm currently running between an 11-12 mm, though I managed to get below that today. (yay for me!) Anyone out there??
