I walk up the ramp then stretch for about 5-6 min. All different kinds of stretches. I even try to stretch my back a bit. I also find the walk to the boards helpful to help with the stiffness!

Being in the Marine Corps we do almost all our running in the morning. We do a 5 minute warm up jog, then a lot of dynamic warm ups: Butt kicks, Inch Worms, Monster walk, Frankenstein Walk...if you would like to know how to do any of these let me know i will explain in greater detail.
