100 Days, 100 Runs

The goal of this group is to do 100 runs in 100 days. Goal: 1. Run at least 1 mile or a minimum of 15 minutes. 2. Runs can be doubled up in 1 day, as long as they are separated by at least 1 hour. This counts as 2 runs. Begins: 02/15/2009
