2,000 Push-up Challenge!

I'm gonna go back to my around 100 push-ups / sit-ups every other day. On the days I don't do push-ups I'll try to get some running in. Boo-yeah!

Good call, Spence! I'm going to give myself a push-up break for a few days and do a re-test to see how many I can do continuously. Then I'll definitely try to work more into my routine, since I now KNOW I can do 'em!

I'd like to get to the century mark in one set. Aren't there workout plans for that too?

Since I'm not really wanting to add much lifting to my current routine, I think I'm going to lay off the push-ups for a while (gotta balance 'em out with back work if I do them). That said, I did 30 first thing this morning cuz it didn't feel right not to...

I'm going to do like Craig is and take a few days off and then see what my new 1 set max is... I was at 60 when I started, so I know I've got that beat. Meanwhile, I'm starting to work in abs, since that's what I need the most.
